What should I bring?
Pillows, blankets, kitchenware, and laundry supplies are provided. Bring your own bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, personal toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, fishing gear, and charcoal for the grill.
Can I cancel?
If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check-in, the renter forfeits the deposit unless the owner is able to re-book the property for that rental period. If the owner is able to re-book, then the renter receives 100% refund. No refund will be issued if cancelled 60 days or less prior to check-in date, unless the owner is able to re-book the property, in which case you will receive a full refund.

What about hurricanes?
Optional hurricane insurance is available for a non-refundable cost and must be received at least 14 days prior to the renter's check-in date in order to provide coverage.
Do you rent partial weeks or off-season?
During the month of June, July, and August, only weekly rentals are available. Partial weeks are available for rent in the off season.
