These are family owned and maintained properties. Your adherence to the rules allows us to rent homes at affordable rates. Violations subject to eviction without refund.
1. Renter must be 25 years or older and must be a full time occupant during the rental period.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property.
3. No PETS allowed. NO exceptions.
4. Over occupancy causes excessive wear and tear on the homes. Please respect occupancy rules. Violations subject to eviction without refunds. The occupancy of the Hensley Haven property is 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 single bed. Children under 100 pounds are allowed on the top bunk. The occupancy of Big Red's Bar & Grill property is 8 adults. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen and two bedrooms have a pair of twin beds.
5. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property unless approved by the owner.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
7. Only use appliances for their intended use.
8. CAR PARKING. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only. No parking in the yard. No RVs allowed.
9. Housekeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT included in the unit. Guests should bring their own. There are 2 queens and 3 single beds in Hensley Haven. There are 2 queens and 4 singles in Big Red's Bar & Grill.
10. CLEANLINESS. Renter agrees to maintain the cleanliness of the premises during the occupancy & to leave the premises clean and in good condition upon departure.
11. NO parties or events at the property.
12. NO SUBLETTING. The rental property and/or reservation cannot be assigned, transferred or sublet. Your reservation is not transferable to any other party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all rental payments, deposits, and fees.
